Newham Archery Club

ABOUT US
Newham Archery club was founded in 1965. We're a friendly bunch covering a range of ages and groups and welcome everyone from beginners to experienced archers.
On Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons the club meets at
West Ham Foundation at
60A Albatross Cl, London E6 5NX, between 7pm and 9pm.
New members or people interested in the sport are welcome and can make use of the club's equipment at a small charge.
During the summer months we shoot outside at a range of distances, and during the colder months, we have a heated 30+ yard hall.
We have a three-week training course available. This may be in groups or on a one-to-one basis depending on the numbers and the availability of the instructors. We can organise a have-a-go session for a small fee but we have to have sufficient notice of your arrival to make sure an instructor is available.
For experienced archers with their own equipment, the club meets on Saturday afternoons.

How to begin
We offer have-a-go sessions throughout the year which are opportunities to try out archery and see the club. There is a small fee of £5 and you will need to book an appointment.
If you think archery is for you, we run 3 week beginner courses. The cost of the course is £50 per person which must be paid in full on the first session. This includes the instructors time and use of all the equipment.
